Judge Rules Criminalizing Gay Sex In Trinidad & Tobago Unconstitutional

Another step in the worldwide legal battle for gay rights has been taken today in Trinidad and Tobago.

"The court declares that sections 13 and 16 of the [Sexual Offences Act] are unconstitutional, illegal, null, void, invalid and of no effect to the extend that these laws criminalise any acts constituting consensual sexual conduct between adults" — Judge Devindra Rampersad

We've covered recently that there are still many battles left to fight across the globe. News like this is good, but still just one step forward in a long march.
