Sufjan Stevens is one of the queer community’s favorite singer-songwriters out there. This Pride, he isn’t disappointing by putting out two brand spanking new tracks to celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride Month: “Love Yourself” and “With My Whole Heart.”

“With My Whole Heart” has the qualities of Sufjan’s best happy-magical tracks going for it. Stevens calls is an “upbeat and sincere love song without conflict, anxiety or self-deprecation.”

“Love Yourself” is anthemic and is probably gonna be pretty great to throw on the next time your heart breaks just a little.

Save for a mixtape and a track about Tonya Harding, Sufjan Stevens hasn’t really released anything since 2017’s Planetarium.

Both songs will be released on limited edition vinyl on June 28, the anniversary of the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots. They’re streaming everywhere right now. Part of the proceeds will go to the LGBTQ+ charities the Ali Forney Center and the Ruth Ellis Center.
